How does Mav’s Ricochet 360 API Integration work?

Mav writes lead activity into your Ricochet360 CRM through the Ricochet API - creating leads, moving their status, and logging notes.

Picking the right Ricochet integration

Card

How it sends

What it can do

Rico API (this article) Authenticated calls to the Ricochet API. Needs an API key. Creates leads, updates the status of existing leads, and logs notes. Covers 8 moments.
Rico Webhooks Posts leads to a URL you paste in, the way any lead vendor does. No API key. Creates leads only. No status updates, no notes. Covers 6 events.

Connecting the account

  1. Open the Integrations page. Find the Rico API card under Official Integrations and click Configure.

  2. Click Connect to sign into Ricochet. Enter your API key and subdomain. Mav uses them to reach your Ricochet360 account.

Event
Description
What happened
started Starts working a lead Mav sent its first message to the lead

party_line_available Starts a party line Mav is dialing to connect the lead to a rep.
party_line_completed Completes a party line A rep connected to the lead on the call.
completed Completes a lead Mav finished its conversation with the lead.
opted_out Opts out a lead The lead asked to stop receiving messages.
undeliverable Marks a lead undeliverable The phone number could not receive messages.
unqualified Marks a lead unqualified Mav decided the lead does not qualify.

How each workflow behaves

Create a Lead

  • Searches Ricochet360 for the phone number.
  • Stops if that lead already exists.
  • Creates the lead.
  • Assigns your vendor to it.
  • Logs a note with what Mav learned.

Update Pipeline Stage

  • Searches Ricochet360 for the phone number.
  • Sets that lead to your Status ID.
  • Logs Mav's note on the lead.

Pair them up. Update Lead only works on a lead Ricochet360 already has. If your leads do not reach Ricochet360 another way, turn on Create a Lead for your earliest moment, usually starts working a lead or catches a positive intent. Use Update Lead for everything after that.
