How does Mav’s Ricochet 360 API Integration work?
Mav writes lead activity into your Ricochet360 CRM through the Ricochet API - creating leads, moving their status, and logging notes.

How each workflow behaves
Create a Lead
- Searches Ricochet360 for the phone number.
- Stops if that lead already exists.
- Creates the lead.
- Assigns your vendor to it.
- Logs a note with what Mav learned.
Update Pipeline Stage
- Searches Ricochet360 for the phone number.
- Sets that lead to your Status ID.
- Logs Mav's note on the lead.
Pair them up. Update Lead only works on a lead Ricochet360 already has. If your leads do not reach Ricochet360 another way, turn on Create a Lead for your earliest moment, usually starts working a lead or catches a positive intent. Use Update Lead for everything after that.
