Party Lines Completed page overview
The Party Lines Completed page provides a consolidated record of calls between a lead and a rep, and is designed for quick evaluation of past conversations, tracking sales outcomes, and exporting data for reporting or compliance.
The Party Lines page is a central hub to review all historical Party Lines, with each entry including summaries, outcomes, and access to the full transcript and recording.
Copilot summary
Completed Party Lines will include a copilot summary of the call, providing information about the call between the lead and the sales rep at-a-glance. A link to the full transcript provides both a recording and a written transcript to the full conversation.
How to use it
Copilot summaries will automatically appear at the bottom of every Party Line Completed entry. To access the call recording and the full text transcript, select "Read Full Transcript."
Filter and export Party Line details
The date range picker will filter results of the Party Lines Completed displayed. You can also use this feature to export data about all of the Party Lines Completed in that timeframe.
How to use it
Click on the date range dropdown and select the dates you'd like to filter results to. Selecting the "Export to CSV" button will send an email to your inbox with a link to download the export file.
