Overview
Mav's Ricochet360 integration allows you to automatically push lead activity from Mav directly into your Ricochet360 CRM. Once connected, you can control exactly which types of leads and call outcomes get sent over.
Setting Up the Integration

In Mav, navigate to Settings → Integrations and find the Ricochet360 integration

Click Connect

When prompted, enter your Default Posting URL - you can find this inside your Ricochet360 account under your lead posting settings

Save to complete the connection
Configuration Options

Pushes leads that completed qualification through Mav |

Pushes leads that Mav was unable to reach |

Send Successful Party Lines (Transfers) |
Pushes leads where a live transfer was completed successfully |

Send Incoming Party Lines (Transfers) |
Pushes leads where an inbound transfer was received |
Once connected, you can toggle which events get sent to Ricochet360. Each toggle can be enabled or disabled independently:
Disconnecting
To remove the integration, scroll to the bottom of the Configuration tab and click Disconnect. This will immediately stop all lead posting to Ricochet360.
