Overview
Mav's Ricochet360 integration allows you to automatically push lead activity from Mav directly into your Ricochet360 CRM. Once connected, you can control exactly which types of leads and call outcomes get sent over.
Setting up the Integration

In Mav, navigate to Settings → Integrations and find the Ricochet360 integration

Click Connect

Once connected, you're ready to configure which lead activities get posted and where they go

Save to complete the connection
Configuration Options
Each lead activity type can be toggled on or off independently. When you enable an activity type, you'll provide a Ricochet Posting URL specific to that activity. This means you can route different lead outcomes to different destinations in Ricochet360 by using a custom URL per outbound activity.
You can find your posting URL inside your Ricochet360 account under your lead posting settings.

Once connected, you can toggle which events get sent to Ricochet360. Each toggle can be enabled or disabled independently:
Disconnecting
To remove the integration, scroll to the bottom of the Configuration tab and click Disconnect. This will immediately stop all lead posting to Ricochet360.
